End User Agreement

PublicThread for JSM

Vendor Seisuke Nagahara Effective September 14, 2026 Contact support@asunoki.jp

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you, the customer installing or using PublicThread for JSM (the “App”) on Atlassian Marketplace, and Seisuke Nagahara, operating as an individual developer (“we”, “us”). It governs your use of the App in addition to — and does not replace — the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, which also apply to every Marketplace transaction. By installing the App, you agree to both.

01 The license

Subject to this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on the Atlassian Cloud site(s) covered by your subscription, for the duration that subscription is active. All rights in the App not expressly granted here are reserved.

02 What the App does

The App adds a Jira Automation action that reads a Jira Service Management request’s customer-visible (public) comments and returns them as formatted text for use elsewhere in the same Automation rule. Internal notes are excluded by design. Full technical and data-handling details are in the Privacy Policy.

03 Pricing & billing

Billed byAtlassian (Paid via Atlassian)

The App is sold under Atlassian’s Paid via Atlassian program: Atlassian bills you directly and handles payment collection, invoicing, and tax, under its own billing terms. We never see or store your payment details. Pricing may change for future terms; any change will be reflected on the App’s Marketplace listing before it takes effect for a new billing period.

04 Support

We provide best-effort email support at support@asunoki.jp, with an initial response target of one business day. This is a best-effort commitment from an individual developer, not a contractual SLA with guaranteed uptime or resolution times.

05 Your responsibilities

06 Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its comment-ordering assumptions will hold for every Jira Service Management configuration.

07 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to this Agreement will not exceed the fees you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

08 Term & termination

This Agreement lasts as long as your subscription to the App is active. Either party may end it by uninstalling the App (on your side) or by removing the App from Marketplace with reasonable notice (on ours). Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

09 Governing terms

Where this Agreement is silent, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use govern. Nothing here limits any right Atlassian itself provides you as a Marketplace customer.

10 Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
